3. Approve the scope. Additional time or separately priced work needs approval before it starts. Keep decisions in the same request so everyone can refer to them.
4. Review the result. We record the completed work and any follow-up questions in the portal.

For example, a useful content request might be: “Please replace the opening hours on this page with the attached text before our event.” If something is broken, tell us what you expected, what happened instead, when it started, and whether it affects visitors or just your administrator account. You do not need to diagnose the cause yourself.

If a hosted site has an availability problem, automatic uptime monitoring alerts the team. Existing clients should also report the impact through the portal, particularly when a specific form or function is affected. Monitoring is not continuous staffed support, and after-hours help is best effort.
