Why can't you just give me an exact price?
Because an honest price depends on your specific needs. A dentist who needs 5 pages and a contact form has a very different project than a manufacturer who needs 30 product pages, a dealer locator, and a quote request system. Our project estimator gives you a ballpark in 2 minutes, and a discovery call gets you a detailed proposal.
What's included in every project?
Custom design (never templates), mobile-first responsive development, basic SEO setup, Google Analytics configuration, contact forms, cross-browser testing, and post-launch support. We don't charge extra for things that should be standard.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We typically structure payments as 50% upfront and 50% at launch. For larger projects, we break it into three milestones: 40% at kickoff, 30% at design approval, and 30% at launch.
What happens after launch?
Every site we build is designed to live inside our Care and Visibility plans -- managed hosting, updates, security monitoring, and optional SEO. Your site is an investment and we help you protect it. See our ongoing plans at /pricing.
How long does a project take?
Most sites take 6-10 weeks from kickoff to launch. Simple brochure sites can be done in 4-6 weeks. Complex builds with custom functionality take 10-16 weeks. The biggest variable is usually content -- how quickly you provide text, images, and feedback.
