Website Design Process
Kick Off
This meeting will be an open discussion based on story brand to uncover what makes your company unique and how you help your customers become the hero.
We dig deep into your why and will ask for your feedback and participation to get all the information we need. It is extremely important to have all decision makers in this meeting so that we can have continuity throughout the entire process.
Design
During our first month we’ll conduct a content workshop which will define the basics of the 12-month campaign. This will outline the primary content categories, topics, and related FAQs. All of this data will be used for our keyword research and content calendar.
Once we’ve complete the research we’ll present a full 12-month content calendar as well as get you scheduled for the next month’s review call which will review the progress, explain the available reports, and more.
Ongoing Campaign
During the campaign we’ll provide monthly reports outlining the ranking scores, metrics, and other important details as well as review any shifts or revisions in the content calendar.
Each call should only take roughly 15 minutes to quickly review the progress of the campaign.
Content Entry & Testing
Once the website has been built, we now will take the provided content and images to add them to the site. This is when your new website starts to take shape.
After we’ve completed the content entry and testing, we’ll send it over to you for review and you’ll have a chance to look it over before it goes live.
Launch Day
It’s time to launch your new website! We’ll have you on stand-by to confirm form submissions, etc.
After your site goes live we like to celebrate with you!

During our first month, we rip apart your existing website (or skip this step if we are building a new website for you) to identify any low hanging fruit available to quickly improve search engine ranking. During this review we’ll be looking at the website security, structure, meta information, and overall design.
Once we’ve completed the audit, we’ll jump on a video call and review the results with you as well as outline our initial strategy to improve your overall ranking scores.
Ongoing Campaign
Each month we’ll outline the changes we’ve completed on your website to improve its overall score as well as provide you with monthly ranking reports and updated audit results on a live video call.
